Harmonizing one's self and balancing Chi requires physical and mental disciplines which include natural breathing, methods for relaxation (stress reduction) and techniques for finding "center."

Holistic tools that help this process include exercise. Just like your Doctor might recommend, perhaps thirty minutes of exercise, like walking, at least three times a week. Physical activity gets your blood flowing and your muscles working.

You should concentrate on "natural breathing" as you exercise.

As you increase your level of physical activity. your body's health will increase and also the level of Chi in your body.
